🥈 B2B Marketplace Must-Haves
My reductive list of "must haves" for B2B marketplaces:
1. High frag of supply or demand (ideally both)
2. Core discovery challenge (or other info arb) solved with 1st party data.
3. ~$100B+ GMV TAM or ~$10B+ rev TAM
4. Compelling wedge solution to break status quo behavior.

🥉 Pivoting Strategies
At my first startup, it took us 15 months and multiple pivots to find our PMF and ship a good v1 product. If we hadn't pivoted, we would have died.
